AI-FloorPlan is a free tool that generates to-scale floor plan drawings from the details you enter. The service is provided free of charge and "as is." We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the site at any time.

Plans are for planning — not construction documents

This is important. The floor plans generated by this site are intended for planning, visualization, comparison, and communication. They are not stamped architectural drawings, engineered plans, or permit-ready construction documents, and they should not be relied upon for construction, permitting, or code compliance.

Before you build, always have a licensed architect, engineer, or designer prepare and review the final drawings for your jurisdiction. We make no warranty that a generated plan is accurate, complete, buildable, or compliant with any building code.

Acceptable Use

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload our systems.
• Use automated means to abuse the service or scrape it at scale.

Your plans are yours. You own the floor plans you create with the tool and may use them freely, including commercially. The website, its software, engine, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
